ancestry.com-------eventually you have to join but that site offers free message boards---if your trying to find family--there are many who have posted boards at this site---

lol...sorry but that was funny...seriously depending on the age of your brother theres person search web sites that are good if the peep yer looking for is like over 35 er 40...if not i would suggest running his name through myspace...most young peeps have a web page there...giv it a spin...gl...
