idont know if my mom will let me but i really want to get it pierced im 17 and should be alloud to do it
where can i get it done? and if so how can i do it myself at home?

yea.... *rolls eyes* i dont want guys like you to like me anyways so i could care less...
just tell me a place i could get it done or if so how could i do it at home?

Any reputable Tattoo shop would turn you down without a parent being with you. Your 17.... why not just wait? In a year you will be 18, and of legal age.
I would not recomend doing it at home. You could end up with one nasty infection, It could migrate out, or you could really harm yourself.
Weigh the pros and cons of waiting. If you try it yourself, not knowing what you are doing, you could end up with scarring, a nasty looking lip, and it could prevent you from being able to be pierced correctly in that spot.
If you wait.... You'll be taught thr proper care and maintenance, and have something nice instead of a nightmare.
Piercers are trained professionals.....

I personally wouldn't recomend it. I've seen a couple girls who've had their lip pierced and it's a BIG turn off for me!

Dont do it.... puhleeeze. Its kinda grosse if you get food caught in it... and no one wants to kiss metal... :S
