This guy I know at school is always running up to me and poking my sides and grabbing my back and scaring me. He is always teasing me, etc. But has told one of my friends I was "hot." Is he just being rude to me and not like me and that's why he keeps poking my sides and grabbing my back or is he flirting?

I'm thin, he just pokes my sides a lot to get me to squirm and he touches my shoulders and arms a lot.

How old is this guy? And when he grabos your sides/back, is he grabbing or pinching your fat, trying to tease you about your weight, or is he just coming up behind you and grabbing you to scare you? If the former, I'd say he is not interested. The latter, probably flirting, but not exactly in the most mature way.

Grabbing your back or your butt? Grabbing your butt is flirting. Grabbing your back is, well, painful!
teasing you how? if he calls you rude names its never good but, if he jokes with you and tries to get you to laugh, he may be trying to get you to lighten up so he can approach you.
My bet is he is trying to flirt with you but doesn't know how. If he didnt like you, I doubt he would waste his time going out of his way to get your attention.

He is probably flirting. Just ask him to quit pokin and grabbing your back. If you talk to him he will most likely quit messing with you. If you like him then you could get together.

He likes you but just doesn't know how to express it. He's reverting to a elementary school behavior to get your attention. Be upfront with him, and tell him to act his age. Or maybe he's just an ****** and that's his best attempt at flirting.

He's flirting with you sweetie!! It sounds like he does like you. You said he told a friend that you were "hot", then if you are interested in him and don't want to tell him yourself do like he did and get a friend to tell him. Good luck sweetie!!

He likes you like crazy, own him if your mean, have him buy you things and stuff like that. Or try to tell him off as gentaly as you can, but be nice as you can .
