It's perfectly normal. Someties it happens at both the start and end of the period. It can come in colours from bright red, to brown, and even so dark that it looks black.
You have nothing to worry about.

Nothing but it is the final ending of your period. It happens like this in some women and one needs to cleanse themselves after a period.

You should see a doctor right away, because brown --- or black --- blood can mean internal bleeding NOT connected with your period. Please get it checked out; better safe than sorry!
