Its not just the avatars but their screen names also and the type of question that the ask. that can make the difference at how others see them in their minds.

I did not know they did. There is more than clothes in an avatar, many pandor. Some are a little rude, like the guy in his shorts with an erection. We all make judgements on a persons appearance, and to suggest that christians should be able to escape this cultural teaching is well expecting them to do too much, even though were they perfect they would do as you suggest they should.
when I see your avatar I see a cute little school teacher, but I know that may not be what you are or what you were aiming for

Sure clothes don't make the person, but you can tell an awful lot about them by what they wear. You can make assumptions, which is never a good idea. If you dress like a prostitute, people are going to assume you are trashy. If you dress in a business suit, people are going to assume you're a businessman/woman. That is how the world works.
Maybe they looked at their avatar and compared it to what they have been saying and put 2 and 2 together.

I don't think that peple judge the Avatars, but if you think that they are, it is probably because of something that they don't identify with in the picture. I mean, if the shoe is on the other foot, you don't judge people by what they are wearing???

I think everybody gets initial judgment by others based on their appearance. It is an unfortunate fact of life! I've noticed that in reality people make judgments about me based on how I look, I'm sure you might too!

I am religious, and I don't judge people by their avatar. I judge them by their perverted questions. I don't judge anyone, I just tell the facts as I believe them! So PLEASE, don't put all religious people in the same catagory. There are hypocrites in all religions and in all walks of life. Don't judge all by some, PLEASE! Love, Juanita
