you should get them replaced as your wound will not heal properly and may scar..............

Keep the area clean and go back to the doctor and have new ones put in. You'll be fine.

if the wound gapes...then go and see a doc to get it resutured; if not and the wound seems clean, leave it alone and it will heal naturally
