Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Common signs of preganancy are nasea and backache. Take a pregnancy test. There's a chance that if it's negative, it's false. However, if it's positive...it's positive!
Good luck.
