My friend is so obsessive about how guys don't like her because she is bigger. Why are all guys more attracted to the skinny as stick girls?

So if you met a bigger girl and weren't attracted to her at first but once getting to know her you might like her? Is that possible.

Guys like the skinny girls because that is what the media tells them looks good. But there are guys that like girls with a little meat on their bones. Cause see with a little meat there are bigger breasts and butts. You just can't get that with an ALLY MCBEAL. Now if she is obese then she should probably do some excercising but if she is just thick then she needs to walk around like she is miss thing, because if you are walking around with your head down feeling like woah is me I am fat and unattractive then that is the vibe you are going to put off and no one will approach you but if you are outgoing fun and happy with who you are it is all good and the game is on.

I have to answer this. I am a thick girl, im not fat even tho some people called me that back in high school, im 19 and out of school now. There is absolutly NOTHING wrong with bigger girls. There are pretty much a lot of advantages of us bigger girls: we can stay warm in the winter with our body weight, we can fight off colds, we have something a guy can hold, and we can be cuddled more. She will find someone. I am engaged and I never thought I would find anyone. I found a guy to care for who i am. Guys will learn to look deeper one of these days.

I actually think guys like girls who just have sex with them...yes there is the looks thing but that is fleeting and it fades.
Men actually women who can cook btw...and if he only likes a girl because she is skinny he is a horses ***, not worth knowing really.
If you are a bigger girl, maybe you can lose some weight by eating right and doing cardio, but almost all of my male friends like to look at skinny girls...but they are with bigger ones!

I hate skinny girls. I like plumpy curvacious girls, like every man should .
The demand for skinny girls was brought about by fashion designers, who are actually lazy and unimagiantive. They cannot design clothes for a feminine, curvacious body. It is easier to make clothes for a "tube". So they stitch a wraper for a tube and ask these skinnys to wear them in fashion shows.
Thus people are cheated into believing that skinnys are better!

I don't like stick girls, but big girls are a bit too much, too.
My college friend, Wes, thinks fat girls are lazy because they think they can't do anything about their weight when they really can.
Why can't girls just be average?...some meat is attractive, but not too much.
If a given guy is slender, can you blame him if he wants a girl who is similar to him and slender, too?
If your friend is a bigger girl, what about attracting bigger guys?

Lets be honest, would you rather be with a person that physically takes care of themselves, or someone that is overweight? We are attracted to appearance because that is the first sense we use. Sight. We cannot see what they are alike inside. Physical attraction comes first. Knowing someones inner person comes later

guys like skinny, but NOT TOO skinny, girls.
cause it is sexy..... it just clicks, you know. sorry, but that is how guys' minds work. i guess it is natural.
there is nothing wrong with bigger girls. some guys like them too. if they are nice enough, they would probably get better and more guys than a skinny girl would.

i'm a larger woman and i currently have two very attractive very fit men wanting to go out with me. she just hasn't found the right guy and she shouldn't think that she has to find some overweight guy either. i've always been larger than my bf's and it's never been an issue. it's all about attitude.

I am not skinny but I'm not overweight and I have no problems with guys looking my way. Guys like cleavage and girls that are clean all I can say.

I dont like really skinny girls, i dont think many guys do. I like athletic girls in good shape.
Take care of your friend and try to build up her self esteem, go to the gym with her etc, we dont want her to become anorexic.
