I have been hanging out with this guy for over 2 months now. He was married for 10 yrs. and has been single for a year and is now just recently officially divorced. I have been single for 2 years and was in an 8 year relationship before that. We get along real well and I like him. We go out and have our fun and go out with friends but at the end of the night we listen to soft music and just sleep together holding each other all night. He has never tried to kiss me or anything, and I know I'm considered attractive. His ex wife was not affectionate with him at all and just always wanted sex and nothing else, so I wonder if he is just getting from me what he didnt' get from his ex. He also doesn't call me constantly like my ex used to do, but my ex was very controlling and abusive (the reason we broke up)....so what is goin on??? so confused. Should I just ask him??

I have guy friends, we don't cuddle. I think that maybe he has no idea how to approach you for more. After ten years with the same unaffectionate woman, how do you figure out when to kiss another. His timing is off, and I'll bet he feels it. If you want to ask him, instead of putting him on the spot, make it a little more pro-active. Try "I like you, and I would like more than a cuddle whenever you're ready." instead of "Do you like me?"

Just enjoy the fact that you have found a real gentleman, that likes more about you than just sex. There are not many guys like that left, just go with the flow. Since he just recently got divorced, you confronting him may seem forceful to him. He probably likes you alot but wants to take it slow, I wouldn't put the pressure on.
