Like they are going to even try.
They cannot come here legally if they have an illegal record and that is the main reason most of the men don't try. Another reason is that "everyone else is getting away with it, why can't I?" And the other is that they just can't wait the up to two years to come legally. They would rather commit a crime.

Good idea. I don't think it is that difficult to get in. I know many Hispanic people who say their government would not have let them come to USA until they did their mandatory year(s), depending on the area of South America, in the army. It's like some sort of draft... except that South America is in no war that I know of. Crazy. Many tell me they come here to escape this mandatory service in the armed forces... but then they live five families in the same household and send money home. At one time, money coming into Mexico from illegals in America was the major contribution to the economy, actually listed in the GNP indicators.

That's all nice, except our government has become pretty extreme in its policies. I'm worried about spending the money to have my girlfriend visit my family on Christmas even if she is granted a visa in advance. Why you ask? I know of a case where a Japanese woman (Japanese can come to the US on vacation without getting a tourist visa in advance) who flew to New York to visit her future husband. Upon arrival, they asked her if she was planning to marry him. She answered yes, and was promptly put on a plane back to her country.
Mind you, she had no plans to marry him and stay in the US, and neither would my girlfriend. But just look what happened.

It's easy, what I do is turn up in a boat at a random place at the coast, buy a large swathe of land from gullible locals with some valuable looking, but actually worthless, baubles then proceed to spend the next couple of hundred years exterminating said locals, and anyone else who wasn't white, and claiming that God said it was okay.
