I do think of that the U. S. needs to have one "age of majority", no longer 2. some priveliges/rights are prolonged to somebody at 18, others no longer till 21. i do no longer think of that makes any sense by any ability. If we can believe an 18 300 and sixty 5 days previous to hold a gun in try against, to marry, to pass into right into a legal settlement and to be tried as an person for crimes, we can believe an 18 300 and sixty 5 days previous with a lager. that is ludicrious. That pronounced, i do no longer understand if it advantages a constitutional modification. The eating age is set via the state. however the Federal government threatened to withhold investment (think of it become street money, may be incorrect) except the states raised the eating age to 21.

It varies from state to state. But the real question is, "What are the acceptable age limits for adults to be with minors?"

That answer is easy: None. If you are over 18 years of age, then do not touch them until they are over 18. Even if they are over the "age of consent" where you live, their parents might file charges against you for contributing to the delinquency of a minor or worse. A criminal record is something you don't want-especially if it means having to file with authorities as a registered sex offender.

I think the minor has to be at least 17, but most states prefer them to be adults (18). But I think as long as it's just a two year difference, they won't make such a big deal out of it compared to like a freakin' 14 year old with a 20 year old kinda thing you know??? Dude, if it feels wrong, chances are that it is WRONG. So trust that gut feeling.

I would say 18. An adult of 18 years, because they are still young enough I believe to still date or go out with anyone younger than them.
