The number of eggs a woman has is predetermined. You become fertile once you start ovulating (menstruating). As we age the number of eggs we have and their quality deminish. They drop in number and quality dramatically around the age of 25 and again in your 30's. Your fertility continues to decrease until mennopause, after which you are no longer fertile. The age a woman starts mennopause depends on the individual, but the age your mother and her mother started are a basic guide.

No, even though there are many good reasons to wait before becoming sexually intimate, that's not one of them. Women can become pregnant when their ovaries release eggs. That's usually once a month and isn't affected by whether or not you're having sex, it has to do with your body and hormones.
