Sleep adequately. Loss of regular and timely sleep is the major reason for blackness under the eyes. Go catch up with your 40 winks.

MOISTURIZE. Okay, and also try letting fresh, cold cucumber slices to sit on your eyes each night for at least a 15 minute period. Get a gel filled sleeping mask that you keep in the refridgerator all day and sleep with that on your eyes. And if that dont work, get some concealer.

Okay. I've tried using chiiled used teabags on my eyes and I take a 15 minute snooze. It removes the tired look from the eyes and make em brighter. Also, cucumber circles really helps to make your eye area brighter. Or if you are not looking for natural remedies, you could buy eye gel (usually with cucumber extract) in any local pharmacies to help you out.
And they say never wash you hair late at night, especially when you're menstruating cause it gives you dark circles...

I too have this problem... Sleep is what everyone tells me too.. and it isn't an issue for me either!! I have discovered stress, my period, and lack of iron in my system make a difference in the dark circles under my eyes... I use that yellow tinted concealer (instead of the green one) and dab it under my eyes and then put tinted moisturizer (instead of make-up) over that... it helps with the dark circles. Also, try adding Vitamin C and D to your diet... it helps!! Good luck!!
