They believe nothing. They can't. They are just brainwashed by the parents beliefs as soon as they are born and it continues on until other people have discussions with them about other points of view.

I used to substitute teach in several schools and I had a test first thing when I walked in. It had two questions. 1. If there is a god whatdo you know about Him.
2. What is your favorite food.
Both questions were answered by the vast majority the same by all classes. God was the creator, and Pizza won hands down. The God was the creator was like very close to 100% all the time, sometimes something was added but creator was listed first.

A big man in the sky loves them... OR alternatively they are the type of kids like in that video of the Jesus Camp that's circulating, which is rather cult like and scary...

i did,... i actually challenged God's existence when I was told Santa didn't exist (when I was 7) ... this led to many arguments, but eventually I believe that no one knows what the hell is going on with God and that he doesn't really communicate with us... I'm fine with that, because it doesn't really matter

That he loves them exactly the way they are. That they are worth more than any material thing because God made them. That they don't need to DO anything to be loved.

They are young and naiive. Jesus, the Easter Bunny, Santa, the Toothfairy, and all that **** are just cute little fairy tales that we tell them, and they believe it because their brain's are so small.

Well they believe whatever their parents tell them to. And in many cases they will never truly be able to question that belief.
It's child abuse and it is against freedom of religion.
