Hi wellnitz8,

Richard Simmons the diet guru. The Great North American Cookbook-author Larry North-recipes for Chinese, French, Italain, Mexican, Thai,Indian, Caribbean & Cajun. I have made recipes ahead of time & frozen for later-as when dont feel like cooking pot in stove or nuke. Not to mention I have tried all of the recipes besides. I got this from a friend & use it alot, it's the paperback one. Good luck & have a good day.

Paleo diet its a diet based around eating real food unprocessed and organic. Learn here https://tr.im/DyVBd

Whether you have or not, what you probably don't realize is that it’s the fastest growing “diet” in the world right now. From celebrities, chefs, elite athletes. Even fitness experts is eager to try it or adopt it.

And for good reason, because no other diet or eating plan provides so many benefits so fast.

I personally would suggest "The Zone". After a heart attack someone suggested it to me. Its not a fad thing but discusses in detail why certain foods are bad and why they are bad. It is a gentle explanation by a real nutrionist who is NOT trying to sell books so much as help americans understand why they are overweight and what they can do about it sensibly. I am sorry I can't recall the authors name but he is MOST insightful. Just go the library and look thru the book. Nothing ventured nothing gained and something ventured might help you loose the gain. GOOD LUCK!

I personally like the one that Richard Simmons did. OK, DON'T laugh, but it has a lot of sensible recipes and a lot of low fat cooking techniques. The turkey meatball recipe is fantastic! Anyhow, there's a good salmon recipe and beef stew as well.
