Sounds like one of my good friends, she is so beautiful, really looks after herself, fantastic long blond hair, the best sense of fun. She always puts herself down because she is a bigger girl.
I can't figure out why! she get heaps of attention from guys but shes just not confident. The worst part is she married a big fat slob not long ago and has really let herself go. It's such a shame.

I am afraid that you can't change her feelings. You can incourage her but you can't change here.
Perhaps she needs some counseling.
