why do you hate your weight?? how much do you weigh?? if people are calling you anorexic or something like that tell them to shove it...i have a friend who is 15 and ppl were calling her anorexic last year and she got upset because they KNEW she was eating....you can't help it...i wish i could lose a few pounds but i like my body the way it is (except the upper area wish i could get a little smaller.) no one is ever happy with their body but it doesn't matter because one day you will love your body.....

I'm sorry, although creatine does help gain weight unfortunately it also kinda acts like steroids.
If i were you i would stick to drinking protein shakes GNC also stocks those in many different flavors. also stick to a healthy diet don;t try to eat unhealthy foods because it can cause health problems. Besides you are 15 and you have a long life ahead of you, try to eat well balanced meals and drink protein shakes and a multi-vitamins. But above all else stay away from the creatine unless you want to look like Dennis rodman in a dress. If you want some sound advice take a ride to your local GNC and ask to talk to the manager, tell them what it is you want to do and ask for their advice. those people know alot about being healthy and staying healthy. The last thing you want is to start taking a dietary supplement and have it mess with your system. Good luck.

I would visit your doctor and see if you are underweight. They may be able to help you gain weight in a healthy way, and give you answers about if you should be concerned about your weight.

Personally I think you should just wait and let your body grow naturally. You should also think about why you hate your weight. Is it because you don't like it or is it because you feel others don't like you because of it? Everyone has something they don't like about themselves. You are 15, your weight and body structure will change a lot within the next few years, so just be patient!

no rely in case you're a guy or a woman, proceed eating healthful ( you do not must be a wellness freak or something although) and initiate determining with weights. whilst i became sixteen and 5'3 i weighed ninety 5.....i began taking the conditioning classification. not in basic terms did i'm getting in good condition and experience lots extra effective I gained healthful weight...muscle tissues.

how much do you wiegh what is you hieght .is there a condition YOU ARE ALREADY AWARE OF is so what.do you feel that way couse people comment alot on how your thin .im not tring to be nast ,what size is your chest an what do the females look like u hang with an what are the mens type of female that are around you .or is there a addiction. adding 20 pounds can be fatle to ur health as in harming your health

Just wait your only 15 you'll gain the weight later on mayble when you turn 17 your body is going to be diffrent then know.

I think that you need to stay were you are at right now because once you start gaining you never stop. You need to take it from me because I was where you at now. In my case, every girl was fuller than me so the guys talked to them, and I wanted to be just like them. I got bigger, and it worked for awhile. It got back like it was before no one talked to me because I kept getting bigger.

actually at that age ur metabolism is still good and fasdt not unlike when u reached 23 it will be slower,.. but u should try also eating something in between meals..like noodles in between meal or chps chocolates and other sweets,..

if you r still15, drink wholemilk with protein weight gainer once a day which u could get them and GNC. 5lb a month guranteed. if u dont mind working out, muscles r heavyer than fat. good luck.
