unfortunetly, marijuana will never be legalised so long as people are growing crops and trees in their backyards and closets and paddocks etc. The government cannot rake in the money. Unless you wanna destroy the whole countrys supply of illegal reproductio of marijuana to make it legalised, there is nothing that can be done : ( I know, what a shame.
But then it won't be as cool, right? :p
