eye does not produce aqueos fluid What can be done?

Question

I had three surgeries on my left eye within three months. Macula hole repair and two surgeries for retinal reattachment. Silcone oil was placed in the eye but no fluid is being produced to keep the oil from my cornea. Is there any operation available to correct the fluid problem. Thank You

I bought the herbal eye-wash powder so it was necessary for me to strain it as I made it each morning. In preparation I had bought a box of filter drip coffee filters rather than using the gauze.
