Will my girlfriend out grow me in height?!?

Question

I am 14 and my girlfriend is 11 and I am about 5'0 and she is about 4'10 or 4'11 and am scared she might pass me up later should I take this into consideration?

I believe, if you really like that girl than she'll never think about how tall you are. As long as you guys feel good around each other.....I believe everything will be okay. and you are just 14 rite now, so you have a lot of time to grow taller. ;)

Yes, and when she does, everyone will laugh at you...in fact they might have an assembly at school and put you on stage and just laugh at you all during 5th period.

C'mon, man, don't worry about it. So what if she winds up taller than you? You may only end up like 5' 6" or so, which means you'll be shorter than a whole lot of people. Better to learn to not sweat it now.

Girls hit their growth spurt at a younger age but usually for the most part quit growing when they hit 14 or so...guys usually hit a big growth spurt when they are around 15 or so....you should be fine man...I know a lot of girls that I grew up with that were taller than me at one point but now I'm about a foot taller

fyi: you both are in adolescent stage

a girls height would stop at the age of 18 while boys at 21.

this would depend on heredity too... take into consideration on both of your gf's parents and urs..

if in her clan she has relatives or her parents are tall then most likely she would grow tall and to think is is still 11 years old.

but hey, when it comes to matters of the heart,age, height, weight, religion and etc. doesnt matter...

this is not really something you should worry about at this time. I have some friends who are married and he is near 6ft tall & she is about 5'5 or less. just enjoy being friends for now.
