it depends on what shape your face is.
and if your hair is really soft and unfrizzy.
other than that no, because curly hair when cut that short is very unmanageable and you wont be able to get away from it since you cant tie it up. so unless your hair is really soft and silky i wont suggest cutting it that short.
maybe shoulder length...

I think you could look very cute, provided you have a heart shaped face. But then you may end up regretting. Straighteing short hair may make it end up looking flat, so perhaps you may want to straighten it but opt for relaxing instead, just make sure that not all your natural waves are gone. A little waves in the hair could add volume and give it character,unlike hair thats too straight.
Also, if you hair is very curly, its only gonna be a little while before the curls resurface....

oh my god, yes it will. I wish I had curly hair because that is exactly what I would do with it. I have friends that I try to talk into cutting their hair like that but they only cut the front short. So go ahead a cut it and let me know how it turns out.

well my friend just cut her hair really short, and it is really curly, and it looks really cute, it is around her ear length.....it depends on your facial characteristics. so ask the person cutting your what style would look best on you, like the shape of your face. that's all there is to it.

if its neck short, it will look horrible, and only VERY FEW gurls can pull off the boy short look. especially if its curly. it depends on the bone stucture of your face.

no curly hair is the sexiest thing, especially when you where it semi-up and it exposes your neck. DO NOT cut your hair. DO NOT straghten it
