Ok, to lose weight the fastest way, other than surgical, way is
1) have a good diet: low carb and low fat diet for at least 3-6 months; if you prolong the diet of lower carbs and low fat you may have a chance of getting keitosis.
2) Also, the best way to lose weight is to exercise daily (30-mins); this means atleast 30-minutes of work cardio-work outs(with light weight lifting is better).
3)be sure to be safe, always hydrate youself before and after workouts, and maintain a diet with plenty of vitamins and essential minerals.
4)Be sure you're motivated to lose your weight.
5)make certian you have enough time to loose weight.
6) ~The whole secret to a beautiful body is time- once again make sure spend atleast 30 mins of physical activity daily.
7)Lastly, Monitor your eating habits and make sure you follow the food pyrimad- along with the low carb- low fat diet. (some low carb low fat diets ask for 1,500 carbs per day; but if you asked me carbs are not really the problem for weight gainning, it's regular exercise and the time you spend on it!)

Weight loss rules (again)
1 - there is NO secret, no magic pill, etc.
2 - to lose weight you must burn more calories than you metabolsie.
3. Everything else is the implementation of rule 2.
First make a decision to lose weight - as Yoda says DO IT - there is no try. Find exercise that you enjoy - for me, I live on te treadmill. Aerobic exercise may help you lose weight quicker - but it's not a race for me.
If you temporarily put on weight - you haven't failed, you just haven't succeeded yet (I was on a diet in 1998 - I lost 80 pounds.......in 55 weeks. S I did have bad weeks). Right now I've lost 30 pounds since July 1st.

There is no FAST way to loose weight. But the best way is to change your diet (SAFELY) and exercise regularly. If you tend to eat bread, rice, etc.. Try to eat carb BEFORE 3:00 pm.. I did the Slim Fast diet and watched my Carbs and lost about 20 pounds in over a month. its better to lose the weight slowly though, this way you can develop the skills to keep the weight off for good. ok, fastest way thats NOT GOOD-
1.throw up
2.dont eat
ways that are GOOD-
1.take down ur eating habits by a couple notches. ex. say u eat 6 meals a day, the next day, eat 5 and a half meals. and lower it consistinley
2.eat healthy food, but come one, dont eat squash and brocolli, NO, eat food u like that is good. dont be all switch to veggies... fruit is good to...milk, etc.
3.excerise, do like....10 raises of dumbells each nite...fer a long time....
