When you first get it your eye will be kind of red and feel wierd and ichy, but nothing to noticable. A few days later when you wake up in the morning your eye'l be very red and crusty (very gross) and it'l itch and feel uncomfortable. if you think you have it make sure to go to the doctor and get eye drops, because if you dont then you could end up having it for weeks. - i've had it about 3 times so i know this from expierience :)

Pink eye is when the white part of your eye gets red and itchy. My eldest daughter has had a few episodes of pink eye. They get itchy and it feels like there is sand in your eye. When you go to bed, you'll notice some sticky puss build up on your lashes when you wake up and sometimes it may be difficult to open your eyes. If you do have pink eye, wear sunglasses and DO NOT share towels with anyone. It is very contagious. DO NOT rub your eyes. If you think you may have pink eye, go to your doctor to find out for sure. He can prescribe an eye drop to help you out.

The whites of your eyes will turn pink or red...the early symtoms will sometimes be just the veins, but you can't always go by that cause that can happen when your eyes are dry or tired...you can tell when you have it cause your eyes will be itchy, watery, tired, and (obviously) pink

The eye will be red or blood shot. Will have gunk coming out of the eye that is yellowish and it will burn like a mutha.
