I really wanna know the truth. Therefore, please answer my question in right earnest, OK?!?!?
I indulge in all sorts of nuisances like blasphemy, booze, notoriety, etc. So, am I doomed to suffer in Hell eternally (hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe)?

From a eastern spiritual perspective, you will not go to hell if you do all of the above without harming others. If you harm others of course then....
Otherwise you might just come back as a dung beetle... or if you had been an average joe with a good mix of notoriety and benevolence, how can hell be for you when even the religious hearted ones do the very same things?

Well No you are not doomed. you could turn your life around and ask Jesus in your life. he can Help you.
I was into a few things my life was a total mess. I was looking for Love never had Love before. so i did all the wrong things. til one day my life was so bad I called out to Jesus and you no what he answered me. I gave Him all my sins and He made me new again. so you can be saved also. I hope you find what you find peace that only Jesus can give you.

No, most definitly not! Each and every human sins and make mistakes - even Christians. The key is to accept Jesus as your true savior and turn it over to him. All you have to do then is repent and ask God for forgiveness and you will be forgiven of all your sins and join God in heaven! As Jesus told the thief who was dying on the cross next to him when he repented "Today, you will walk with me in paradise."
