To be frank I am happy with what i am having (God given)
I do not want to change as i am happy that I am not physical disabled,mentally retorted, unlike others who are unlucky But still they are happy with what they got
But if it is for a second of imagination it would be Nose

The only thing I would change is body hair. I can't stand it. Facial hair is fine...but shaving everywhere else is a b*tch.

well my first choice would have been my breast, up til' about 10 months ago i gained weight and they have grown, so whoever thinkks eating doesn't cost, it actually pays off. but now, i would LOVE TO HAVE COLORED EYES, ANY COLOR.
