Yes, if she really wanted to she would make time. Forget it... Just do something with someone else!

It sounds like she is making up excuses to not go out with you and do something. I would not ask her anymore ,even if it may be hard and let her come to you. Don't wait on her too long though because if she doesn't get the messege then she's not worth it.

Get this straight if she doesnt say YES then that means NO, shes just being polite. Having said that, good manners are not her strong point.
You are trying too hard. Stop asking her completely and start showing interest in other girls, i bet you she will come grovelling back in due course. Then its your turn, after all what goes around comes around.

Some girls, espeically that age, are freaked out about the whole dating or "almost dating" thing. Espeically ever saying "no" to the "do ya wanna do something?" question.

Next time she says "I really wanna but..." just smile (be very nice about it) and say "You're always busy! You call ME when you wanna get together." That way you don't look like you're stalking her but you leave the door open if she's genuinely interested.

girls don't like to be asked out the day of the date. Ask her on a monday or tuesday about friday night. That way she has time to get all dolled up for you and get the ok from the parents and tell her girlfriends all about it.

So work on your timing.

you know, not trying to sound mean, but maybe you should show her how it feels. when she brings it up you say ok and then when she says lets go do something make something up and say you can't you have something else to do. when she is really serious about it then tell her that it has to go 50/50. if she really wants to date you she needs to come down off of her high horse and show you that she really wants to date you. good luck

yes sweaty, sorry, she would make time if she really wanted to. Sounds like she is the type of girl who cant say what she is really thinking. Girls are funny. If they think you really like them and are pressuring them, they dont want you. But if you lay off and just be her friend she may have more interest.

first of you are teens and that in its self is busy .... maybe you want more from her than she does you ..some times there is a fine line between freinds and relationships.. to a point you are right.. but as a teen if she is to busy look for some one eles ..sooner or later she will real ize how much she misses you

Yes, she really ought to make time. I had a guy do that to me before and it sucks. If I were you i would find someone else. She should make the time if she really cares, so obviously she doesnt. But if you dont want to find someone else, talk to her about it, maybe she doesnt realize she is doing it.

Don't ask her anymore....she is jerking your chain, and probably looking for something better to do, but keeping you close incase she doesn't find something.
So, instead of joining in on the mind games, leave her to play it solo or with some one else.
