It is wrong to say God is male or female, but that he is more likely percieved in his true nature as a Male because he is Much more like a male because He is the leader, and the decision maker and the fearless one.
It is more correct to say that males more dominant features,
( like being dominant, and more aggressive, etc.) , are more immitative of God than are the females more dominant features, ( like being more submissive, passive, etc.) .

God himself is not a member of a race but made all races to be seperately distinct, and his favorite race is the Jews simply because it s the result of a promise he made to a man names Abraham thousands of years ago that his decendents would bear Gods instructions to the rest of the world and bring forth the mesiah, in addition to having a special wealth blessing!

In the OT God went by at least 7 names and at least one appeared to be female because it had many breasts. It has long been common to refer to many life forms as male in their totality, yet obviously half female in any species. Ships are refered to as female yet actually have no gender. The language often plays tricks on us and then after much time has elapsed we do not know when we are being tricked or if a word has a specific meaning.

One thing for sure the gender of God is not important or significant with regards to figuring out how God recommends we act and that is the important thing right. After you have your act completely cleaned up then go back and figure out, about those areas of knowledge that are of no importants whatsoever like the end times, if your neighbor is saved, eternal security, These unimportant areas are easy to recognize they are the ones everyone talks about all the time.

Your question is related to false gods/goddesses and not the One True God.
Human beings who claim to be gods/goddesses or the gods/goddesses devised by man's imagination have a gender.
Races are but prejudicing imagination; mankind is all of one rational race. When men/women enter the other world, they have no more physical bodies to distinguish their gender.
Heavenly beings and their Creator have no gender.
You may have some knowledge about this matter if you start learning religion and spirituality by reading the Holy Books.

No real gender or race. He's reffered to as "He" because His relationship to us is like a Father, and he gave us the whole institution of fatherhood so we could better understand and relate to Him. All things God created glorify God.

God is a spirit. Gender is merley for reproduction, and God does not reproduce because he is not human or in a physical form, although he can take physical form if he wished.

Silly girl...
We all know that God is a white man, about 60 years of age in appearance, with long semi-curly white hair and beard, who sits up in the sky and grants wishes if you pray hard enough and punishes you if you weren't taught to go to the right church when you were a child!

John 4:24
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Hebrews 1:2-4

2Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

3Who being the brightness of his glory, (and the express image of his person,) and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

God made Adam in His image....therefore He is a guy. God is English.....17th or 18th century English....you can tell by the way He talks. Also, He's apparently very shiny.
