The bill provides guidelines to acceptable interrogation methods and outlaws some that have been used. This is to protect the interrogators from being sued or arrested as war criminals. Won't make a difference to US military personnel because most of our enemies don't follow the Geneva Conventions in the first place.

Well, it's somewhere between all those Stalone Rambo movies, the first Lethal Weapon and all those old Cheesy G-Man movies from the 1930's

And the Modern Calfornia prison where you get to keep your cell phone, have color TV in your cell, everyone has cable, you see a newly realeased movie each week, have all the Free weights you can lift, Nautlus equipment, a music room with PA, Drum kit, Guitars and a computer room with internet. That's a Level 4 prision at Chino.

IT's somewhere in between hot lights, electric probes, and color TV.

It was determined that feeding the prisnoers Bacon and Sausage for breakfast, ham sandwiches for lunch with red wine and pork chops for dinner with white wine DID NOT violate the Geneva treaty

Basically Bush got a lot of latitude and Congress got a little oversight.

No more pictures of naked Islamics with a girl pointing at their members.

No more German shepard dogs an inch from them.

No more dipping them into water like they did to Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory

No more holding a gun to their head and pulling the trigger of an empty weapon.

In other words we won't be doing the things Al Queda has been doing to their hostages.

Like cutting their heads off.

But we also won't be giving them Color TV to watch, which I personally think we should do.

The prisoners at Chino don't want to leave. YOu know how much it costs to have cable, natualis, music center and internet cafe in the OUTSIDE WORLD. YOu ahve to rob a bank to be able to afford to do that stuff!

It, however, might be against the Geneva Convention to make the detainees watch and listen to PAris Hilton and KEVIN FEDERLINE music videos and music.

But I really think we need to give them good food, TV, American movies, soft bed, cigarettes, happy meals an XBox to play with.

Then Threaten to SEND THEM BACK to Afghanistan

My view sounds weird, but if you spend 3 years AMERICANIZING these people and then THREATEN to put them back in some two camel town in the mountains near Pakistan, they may not want to go back and will tell us anything we want to know.

Old addage. you get more with a sugar than salt.
