problem is i dont really talk to her much
some other guy is planning to ask her later

If you really like this girl, you need to ask her to go to homecoming ASAP. You don't want other guys to get to her first then you will regret that you didn't do it sooner!!! So tomorrow, just go up to her, smile, and ask if she would be your date on Homecoming. Good luck, dude!

Don't ask her if some other guy is. You don't want to start something in between them cause things could turn out ugly. Just move on and find another girl to ask.
