it doesnt really help your hair to grow but it keeps longer hair healthyu and manageable so that it is easier for it to grow but yes there are other shampoos that help hair to grow look in the back of a hair mag there are always ads for things like that in them.

No, shampoos are all the same.. Use Biosilk Therpy after washing ur hair. Its a leave in thing and it makes ur hair break off less.

well for me my hair grew fast since i started usin it, but you know what aslo works is to massage your scalp when you are shampooing and it helps the blood flow and everything and it just helps your hair grow faster!

no nothing can make your hair grow, it strengthens your hair preventing breakage.

no it wont help but it can keep your hair in good shape
