hey im a guy with thick straight hair thats less then medium length and i cant do nething with it, it stays in one place and will only change shape if i use a whole tube of gel any suggestions?

ok everyone is telling you to cut it off... blah blah blah... id say trim it!! make it shorter! and see if your hair stylist can possibly use the thinning sheers and make it a little less thick!!! then it may possibly be more manageable! and you could spike it or whatever else you may want to do with it!!

get some volume enhance shampoo and cond. it will give you body to your haior but allow movemnet and it will be easier to style try usuing dove and as for the gel try using hair putty instead it holds better and is easier to get the desired style with good luck

You can have it "thinned" by going to a hair dresser. Making it easier to manage. Or they can set you up with something in a style good for your face.

go to a hair salon and ask them too gix your hair for you.. i think you need a profesisonal help on this.. but you you don't really care that much about how your air looks then just deal with it but.. girls liek guys with a great hair style so..

thick straight hair is really difficult to treat..
then,, why don't you dye you hair with bright colour?
that makes your hair softer than before..
add to it, it's better to have trimming cut,
in this way reduce amount of your hair.
that makes it easier to set your hairstyle up!!

have u though of pulling bk in a band?(like a hair tie?) but i know that some men would not dare to do that to their lovely locks.good luck !!

You should let it grow out untill it go`s past your eye brows. And leave it down that is how I have my hair

have a stylist thin it and give youself a new look ..then you be a new hottie for all the ladies to see. smile and be happy be your self and look great too!!!
