First, you should never gain weight FAST. It should be done slowly and healthy.

Take my word for it....donuts,sodas and as many chocolates and candy as you can handle...
I've heard shakes can make you gain weight too...
ummm just a side note, but don't gain it too fast or you will get ugly stretch marks on your body...

Eat alot of protein and drink protein shakes and do weight lifting, you will add 20 pounds quicker than you think..and bonus-your body will look tone :-)

hi there the easyest and cheapest thing u can do is to have milk and appeles in the mornings as well as in the evenings also u call drink milk mixed up with egg .
