Do you want it on the strip?

The Imperial Palace is around that price and it is in the middle of the strip, acroos from Ceasar's Palace and next to Harrah's. It's really nice for the price. Just do not book at their motel, it's behind the Casino & hotel and nasty looking. But the main hotel is nice and has an asian theme.

Excalibur is in that range too. It's that castle but it is at the end of the strip-towards the airport, a lot of families though. It has a medieval theme. The only thing that sucks is that parking is on one end and the registration is at the other.

Circus Circus is around that price, but it is a lil old looking and towards the other end of the strip. It has a circus theme and I hate clowns. They have a mini-theme park located in the casino.

Saharas that price too, but at the very end of the strip towards old Vegas, they have a nascar theme with an arabian theme mixed in. The standard rooms are very small.

The stratosphere is that price range too, at the end of the strip too across the street from The Sahara, and it is towards the ugly end of the strip towards old Vegas.

Sorry I wrote a lot, but these are my experiences. You can also arrive on the same day and try to book a room but then you have a chance of rooms being sold out.

Also, the time you book is important, BOOK AHEAD!

I was there in August and will be back in November,I highly recommend Imperial Palace. It is in the middle of the strip surrounded by the fan$y hotels but not for their price.

one more thing, book directly with the hotel/casino, if you book with travel worm, expedia, etc., there will be a fee. It is a small fee, but you can use that to gamble instead.

That's a pretty difficulty thing to determine, the dates are the most important thing. If something big is happening that weekend, prices will go up. Or, if you decide to stay during the week, you will get a discount. But on expedia.com I did find a Las Vegas deal. Here's the site. Just in case that doesn't work, just go to expedia.com, click on hotels, and on the right hand side under Hotel Deals, it says Las Vegas Deals from $39. Good luck!

Go to Travelzoo.com and get on their email list. They will send you rock bottom prices on all travel needs,i.e. hotel, airplane ticket, car rental, etc. every Tuesday. Las Vegas is always on there for inexpensive hotel rate. also. if you are an "out of the box" type of person. Timeshare presentations are always a good way to go somewhere and stay free of charge. All you have to do is go and listen to a 90 min presentation about the timeshare property and they give you free hotel stays in any city where they have properties. Just do a search for timeshares and you will see what companies are out there. ...............I travel 3-4 times a year and I never pay for a hotel room. I always get them for free.

If you aren't a smoker ... go early in the day ..... most of the hotels have the non-smoking booked even if you reserve a non-smoking ...... and if you stick to the "better" hotels you will like it better too .... places like the imperial palace were run down and smokey dirty .... and a little sticky

nicely, in the action picture "bypass", some pals went to Las Vegas and ordered, a bottle of "champagne". i do no longer understand if it somewhat is a real element, despite if it develop into very costly. this is while a female supplies a guy a lap dance in a secret room and has a bottle of champagne. yet another element ought to be that possibly it develop right into a club the place alcohol develop into risk-free in the door admission, so it develop into somewhat costly. possibly he only tipped an excellent form of strippers and drank plenty. the two way...i could be annoyed, ecspecially if money could be a controversy with you adult adult males.

Go to Expedia, Travelocity, Orbtiz, or Hotels.com and find out. Usually weekdays are much cheaper than weekends. Excalibur is usually in that price range but there are many others that may also be.
