oh my god i am so out of shape i went to the gym and tried to run on the treadmill and i could not do it i could only run 10 minutes im so out of shape exercising is so hard im going to try to go everyday and keep building but dang its hard and tireing

Of course your tired and are going to be until you get into condition. The only way your going to that, is like you say, keep at it. You will find as you get more fit that you won't be as tired and in fact you will find more energy after a workout. But take it easy and don't over do your workouts -easy does it every time, or you will do harm to your body. Don't believe in "no pain, no gain<"
Pain (not discomfort) is you body telling you that your doing something harmful to your body.

good decision to go -- regularly. slowly but surely will make it. good luck. not everyone of us has the same energy and zeal everyday...sometimes we do, other times we don't here are some reasons why?
a. weather b. stamina & metabolism of self. c) what we ate and what we eat d) emotions & stress e) love, affection e) a combination of some or all of the above...
now you can only figure out your own reaction yourself -- no one can tell you better than your own body...so shape up...and continue the good work.
it helps to be outside in the fresh air as exercise on the same spot, same atmospheric pressure ...is not the best ...good work out

Be sure you are eating properly (protein and low glycemic carb), so you have the energy to exercise. A healthy snack post exercise is a good idea too, as well as making sure you have the recommended amount of water.

i will be like that only . and it will be alright after 10 days . after that if you go daily means it will be ok
take some helth food stuffs then only your body contion will be ok and take green banana 4 to five a day
