Is it unusual to be 26 and still single, never married? Just about everyone around me got married by the time they were 20...I feel like the only one who's not at my age!

nope I'm 37 was single for 15 years raised my son,now am in a relationship with a wonderful man...as john Lennon said a woman needs A man like a fish needs a bicycle...you have tons of friends no doubt,don't worry about what you don't have look at what you do have,for every pot their is a lid,you will find it when the time is right,enjoy life,enjoy the fact that you can do what ever you want to do with out asking for permission,enjoy having the toilet seat down,just enjoy life...i hope that helped

I got married at 21 but I have alot of friends my age (23 in Nov) that are still single. I feel as though I am about the only one married. Have fun and enjoy single life!

You are a baby I am 34 and I have never been married my bf right now does not want to get married so to a certain degree I still out there just like you enjoy your life no matter what live with all you've got right now until you get what is needed to make even happier.

Take your time, no rush, find the right person...

Having been married to an abusive spouse before, I can say with certainty that there are worse things than being single.

i think late twenties is the popular time to marry nowadays isn't it?? i'm pretty sure it is because more and more people are getting into college and putting more focus on career than relationships.
