The leaders of the most of the above, when they were in childhood might not have received enough care and support from their parents. The mind become hard and develop with hate at the tender age when they longing for love and concern from others. When they grow they sow the seeds of hate and violence to others.
If a person has communicating talent and uses it such a direction there are people to follow him and this become a mass and gets organized.
