Did you know that everyone dreams. Not only does everyone dream, but everyone has a dream every 5 minuites. The dreams that you can remember, always have a meaning to it. Some

examples:
-when dreaming of u swimming - meaning has to do with mother and the woumb, or mother and child.
-when dreaming about colors (each nean a different thing) black means death.
-when dreaming of yourself getting married - meaning death in the family

Everyones dreams mean something, people may not believe it but it's true. Usually people thing the dreams they have are somehow going to effect them / but only similar to the dreams. When in actual reality it means the complete opposite of what you dream.

Your mind is processing it's day's events. Everything you do and see and think about gets processed in your mind like your pc processes info, and while you sleep your mind de-frags. Dreams are your mind's way of relieving stress, REM sleep being the most important event of all. It only last a short time, at the end of your sleep cycle. But it's crucial to a healthy brain.

It's nature's way of releasing things that you keep hidden from your conscious mind. Dreams often will reveal thoughts that have been repressed or let you do things that you wouldn't do in your everyday life. So you dream about them and thus release them and your healthier than repressing them

Your brain only has the capacity to absorb and deal with so much in one day (thoughts, ideas, fears, situations, etc).
When you dream, because you're not intaking any more information, you're brain finishes dealing with everything it didn't have time to digest while you were awake.
