If you need to loose WEIGHT fast(like in the next 2 days) then don't eat anything, just a little bit when you are really hungry, and run with heavy clothing, and garbage bag over it(this is so you keep heat towards your body). Do not drink too much water, just enough to avoid dehydration. This way you'll sweat, and loose a lot of water. This is actually used by some sport players who need to be a certain weight by "weight-in time." I personally don't recommend it, and I'll doubt that you'll wear a garbage bag.

The slow, healthy, and effective way to loose weight is to lose fat. To loose fat is the easiest thing to do in theory. Eat less, not much less, just a bit less, than what you consume. If you stop here, you will loose weight, for sure. But you'll also slowly, very slowly, depending how much less you eat, loose muscle. Your muscle will get slowly turned into energy, and you get skinnier. That's the reason for you to actually, next to your restricted diet, do some weight lifting (not cardio, unless your diet is just a bit bellow what you're burning.) This way you'll burn fat, gain a bit of muscle, and feel good about yourself.

Good luck...really....

Well the only way to loose fat quickly is by removing limbs.

If you truly want to loose FAT then you will need to change your nutritional choices. You do not have to go on a supper low calorie diet to loose fat, you only need to eat the right things at the right amounts. Combine this with a nice workout routine and you have a winning combination.

Since you didnt mention how long you have to lose this weight, I would do the best you can. Start now by reducing calories, fat, sugar( cut out completely or reduce! NO SODA), simple carbs(white rice, pasta and potatoes), increase your fiber(whole wheat breads, etc) drink lots of water, increase your cardiovascular exercise( if you are young, run), and your resistance(weight) training. Please dont try and starve yourself or take "diet" drugs. They are both dangerous things to do.

You cannot safely lose more than one pound a week. You can get that rate by a net calorie deficiency of 500 calories per day. Eat less and exercise more.

you didn't get fat overnight so don't expect to lose it overnight.

if you are serious about permanent weight loss, take it slow and make small changes to your diet and add exercise. It needs to be eating you can live with and exercise you can live with, because to lose wieght permanently you need to make a lifestyle change.

Drink more water and eat more fruit and vegetables. Also cut your sugar and carbs. Or just accept how you are and be happy, says the girl who feels the same :)
