This question doesn't quite make sense. You EARN credits while in college through completing classes. I'm up to 135 I believe.

If you mean per semester it is alteast 12 credit hours to be considered full time and in my college max 17 credit hours. So in one year (excluding summer) You should earn around 24-34 a semester year. Some colleges require you attend summer sessions, in that case you can earn atleast 43 credits in a one year. Atleast this is what my college does. All colleges may differ. Hope thats what you wanted!

the education system is pretty different everywhere on this planet, even within one country.
