hi guys... im currently 5 feet 11, 83.5 kg in average, and would like to lose some weight, maybe to achieve 5-10 kg loss. I started to visit the gym, 3 months ago, and i believe the weight takes consideration of the muscles and fat together. However, how can I still lose in cutting down my food intake? how can I go food-dieting as in how much of calories i need a day? whats the food portion like? I'm 18 years old. Further suggestions are also welcomed.
