Ok, listen - You are in NO WAY overweight or obese. IN NO WAY. If anything, you are on the higher side of average. 105 would be on the very low side of average. I would suggest taking your time with it, and don't do anything irrational, ok? You can lose the weight easily by choosing healthier foods and getting a 30-60 minute workout everyday. No crash dieting!! All the weight will come right back if you do that. So, 105 is a good long term goal, just take it slow. Don't expect a rapid change. Sorry if I'm preaching a little, I just get scarred for teenage girls who think they're "fat", which you definitely are not. Be safe and be healthy!

Hey sweety......Your weight is not to much. That's about where you need to be at that height. You don't need to lose weight trust me when I was 16 - 20 yrs old I weighed 115 lbs.I thought I was a whale. In my mind I was but it was because kids and family can some times be cruel and say things to make you believe your fat when your not. Then when you look in the mirror you really see the added lbs. that they make you believe is there but in reality it's really not there. After I had 3 kids. I now know what fat really is and I could only dream of being the weight I was when I was 20 yrs old. Though for my bone stucture and my height I should weigh 130 - 135.Though after haveing kids trying to lose weight is like trying to move a wall with my eyes. What I'm saying is if you think your fat because you see the models on T.V. who are anerexic or if someone is brain washing you at school by saying terrible things IGNORE them sweety.....I care and I don't want to see you lose weight for the wrong reasons and I deffinately don't want you to become sick. I'll be thinking of you .

That's normal for your height and weight. If you went down to 105 lbs, it would still be considered normal, so yeah.
