We have been broken up for 2 months now. He called my phone and left a voice message saying "You were on my mind, I know you probably dont want to talk to me, but I was calling to see how you are doing." What does that mean? He cheated on me that's why we broke up. I haven't called him in a month. We were in a 2 1/2 year relationship.

He cheated, but he still has love for you.
And you for him, otherwise you wouldn't have asked the question.
Usually guys cheat because the wife isn't making the coffee at home anymore or as much, so he takes his creamer elsewhere. Or else they cheat for what they think will be hot sex with some eye candy.
Usually women cheat because her hubby doesn't respect her, pay attention to her, or is a jerk to her. So tall dark and handsome comes along and wows her world for a while.
If you do have a forgiving heart and take him back, you may want to seek out a marriage counselor; I would recommend a christian marriage counselor for maybe a different viewpoint.

I think he still has it bad for you, cant change what happened and is hoping that by calling you he can spark some feelings you may still have for him and get you to call him, but the first month is always the hardest so since your already there why not keep going. Its all mind games.

In other words...the relationship he got himself into, turned its back on him and gave him what he gave you. Now he is trying to plant a seed in you to get you to think about him. the more you think of him the better chance he may have in winning you back. Remember this.... If he did it once he'll do it again. If you like pain in your life, Then go for it.

He just wants to get back with you for the chase and he'll porbably do the same thing again although im not for sure, because i dont know him. I think you should just ignore that voice message he gave you it's just not worth getting hurt again.
