I really like Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. There are quite a few of them and Leslie isn't too overly annoying (at least to me). It's definitely a good cardiovascular work-out (involving far more than just walking in place, as the title would suggest).

Turbo Jam is the one I like the best, I am very slow but it has the music to make you want to speed up. I have tried almost every kind of exercise, but most of the ones I have seen have the part with steps, well, I can not do steps. Even if I was advanced, there would be no way I could do steps. The Turbo Jam video is one that you can do at a self paced level and they show the different levels on the video as well. Great music

I totally agree with you. I have thre Windsor Pilates videos and they kick *** literally. There's a 20 minute video that I do once a week and it's super relaxing but equally hard work. I 100% recomend it. My butt has never been so hard in my life and I've only been doing it for about 3 months (on a regular baisis anyway) Plus if you want a longer workout ther's also a 45 minute workout and an extra challenging one that I haven't tried yet.

Alright, this is a little off the wall, but I have this belly dancing workout video, and it is so fun!! It teaches how to bellydance, and it gives you a great workout. It's probably the most fun workout video I've ever tried. I'm sure if you look up "belly dancing hip-hop workout video" online, you'll be able to find it and order it. Seriously, give it a shot. It's so fun! Get your friends to do it with you, I swear you'll get a workout and have a blast too!

Windsor Pilates, the upper legs one isn't so bad and it does help.
