Hence go to alternative medicines like homeopathy & Ayurveda where the medicines do not damage the immune system but kill the disease. Eat plenty of rich food , fruits & vegetables. take care of your self and seek treatment and you can live a life time. I have been HIV+ now for 13 years and the doc told me that if i was to stop treatment i would live another 10 years, with treatment a life time. I am more healthier now than i was 13 years ago.
