My cat just had a litter of kittens and one of them is that exact color. He made the number of males equal to the amount of girls in the house as far as cats are concerned. My hubby is a huge star wars fan and since the story of star wars is about Anakin Skywalker the chosen one who is to bring balance to the force, we decided to call him Anakin. We may call him Ani for short like Pamde did in the movie.

I have three cats. Thunder is three and she's brown and white. Digit is orange and he has extra toes. Oliver is all black with big green eyes. I had a grey kitten that I named Charcoal..

I had a grey smokey cat and i named him Ekoms. (ee-comes) Everybody loved his name so much that when we gave him away we named our next grey cat ekoms II. By the way ekoms is smoke backwards.

I think the best way to name a kitten is to not name it at all... that way it will eventually pick up a name that fits it's personality.
PS I think it sucks to name a cat after it's appearance

I used to have a really sweet all gray cat with the brightest green eyes. Because his eyes were so green, I called him "Kiwi." To this day, I have never known another cat named "Kiwi."
Hmmm...you could call him "Pewter" because of his color. But, you could name him almost anything if you don't relate it to the color of his coat. Good luck...I hope you find the name that suits him.

I would probably call him Nickel or Astro. If he is laid back you could call him Storm. My girl cats name was Roja and my black and white cat was Oreo. Her kittens were Cookie- the only girl- Cream - the only white one, Dunk and Twist were the striped twins.
