it would be best that you either spray it first or put gel in it. either way you get the same results. my hair is hard to curl and thats what i do and it last all day long

I would advise against spraying anything on your hair while a curling iron is on your hair. To keep down on the damage heat causes, I suggest you use it as quickly as possible. If you want to spray something on your hair to help with the hold of the curl, I suggest spraying the hair before using the curling iron and combing through. It will help hold the curl and you don't have to worry about using too much heat on your hair.

No, not if you don't spray the whole bottle on one curl! lol! BUT...you should spray your hair before you curl iron it and then again after you take it out of the iron...but don't soak it. Then finger comb it. After you have it where you want it ...spray again and let it dry...then once again! That will give you great hold

no, but it might fry your hair. Why not use a spritz and then curl it. What is the point of spraying it on while the heat is on. There is no magical effect for this.

Your hair should be dry when you hot iron it. You can spray it with spritz when you are through curling it, and it will hold for along time.
