Hi
First, I don't think I'm going to heaven...I know it.
Second, plenty will happen. Plenty has happened to me and much of it not good. Doesn't mean that I'm not loved by God or that my faith is false. Just means that stuff happened to me, and that is all. Our life, meaning whether good stuff happens to us or not, is not an indicator of God's love, the strength of our belief, the direction of our eternal future or most of what people think it means. Jesus came to straighten out some of that kind of thinking. He did the sacrifice thing so that we can walk in the presence of God - not so we will have nice houses, phat cars, great threads and bucks in the bank. Some will, most won't and that is just part of being a member of the human race.
The important thing is that you have accepted Christ, you do live for Him and your choice is for God's will to be done in your life. THEN, whatever happens, you are assured that God will see you through it and on out the other side. Plenty will happen. Always does. But nothing that can blindside God!

they all do...and then they say.."if im right and your wrong then you go to hell, but if ur right and im wrong then nothing happens to me."...an absurd statement to say the least...if im right then (not to say that im a pagan but only to say that i choose to say i dont know...because i dont) maybe pagans are the ones who are right and in that case you would burn in whatever pagan hell there is whereas i would be safe and welcomed because i would then learn and recognize the truth, not having decided as a mortal...my faith, as some would call it lies in the fact that i accept and enjoy this life...i can wait to meet our creator (if there is one at all...quite unlikely)...if im wrong then great, the christan heaven sounds like a first class resort...and for those of u who say id go to hell anyway...ive lived a good life...ive treated others well, and genuinley cared for all that exists...poo on u for calling a good person (quite possibly more compassionate and good than any christan claims to be) a sinner who is going to hell...thats just plain mean

I know that I am going to Heaven. This was a promise that Jesus made. "My sheep shall listen to my voice; I know them and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. I and the Father are one." There is a name for this promise, this covenant...it is called the New Testament. By the way, the fact that nothing can happen to the Believers, the Christians, deals with our soul, our salvation, and our eternity. If I stand in front of an 18 wheeler rolling down the highway, I will be blood and guts. And it will hurt!!
