I have a vhs camcorder, Is there a way i can put the things on the vhs tape into the computer? please help the best you can.

You need to get an AV capture device such as these here:

AV capture devices using USB port does take a lot of computing power, so be sure you have at least the minimum recommended computer specs.

Best way is to get hold of a TV tuner card. It fits into a PCI slot in your computer, and gives you the added advantage of being able to watch TV on your computer.
You plug in your camcorder into the computer through AV port (like you plug it into your TV).
The capture software comes along with the tv tuner card.

You connect out of VHS into rear of computer. experiment. You gotta find th setting for analog to digital.
