Jason, I can appreciate what you're doing, but you just fired a whole lotta machine gun fire right over these people's heads. You've got to slow down a bit. Rephrase the question into bite-sized pieces!

Yes, the Ashekenazi are not Semites. They are descended of Eastern European Khazars, and they have come to hold most of the political power in Israel today. Their people didn't even become Jews until the 8th century.

However, Jesus was speaking from a spiritual perspective. It is widely recognized that he was referring to the ruling class Jews and those who followed them; they who looked on his miracles, saw the prophecies fulfilled, and still turned away from the Son of God. They did so because Jesus refuted the Law of Moses, and felt their power coming to an end with Jesus. They are the ones who had Jesus crucified.

As you may know as a bible scholar, Jesus hates hypocrisy in any form. While he may have been referring to the (then, future) Ashekenazi, it's more likely he meant the ones committing the "unpardonable sin" of turning away from Jesus. We'll have to wait until the Day of Judgement, won't we?

my interpretation is that the false jews are those who claim to be god's chosen people when they are not, which is likely the majority of people who claim to be jewish. some of the truly anointed are jews by blood but not necessarily religion. look to the tribal levites who live in all corners of the earth in small numbers, because they're priestly, and sometimes have fair skin and red hair like esau, and look nothing like what you might expect, like noah did.
