hi I know I asked this question already but I need more advice!!
There's this guy that I just barely met, and we don't talk at all, we just know each other's names. I told my guy friend (they both know each other well) that I thought the guy was hot, and then he told him! Well now I notice him giving me intense eye contact whenever he walks pass me. And when I look at him, he'll just continue staring. However, on some days, he'll pretend that I don't exist. So do you think he doesn't like me?
guys, when you're shy and you like a girl, what types of body language do you give her?

In my case, I would stare at her and when she looks at me, I'd look away. And then stare at her again just to take in her beauty to make my day complete, and when she notices me staring at me again, I'd look away again. Sometimes I try to lock gazes with her but it's difficult to hold on since it's kinda embarassing to just look at her especially when everyone around you would start noticing. That's a typical strategy for letting her know that you like her and you are there looking at her.
The other strategy would be to do the opposite, sort of reverse psychology. I try not to notice the girl and really really pretend that I have longer have any interest in her. But once in a while, maybe once in an hour or once a day, I would try to grasp any body languages from her that she's noticing me too. And when I do, that's when I know that she likes me too and I would keep doing that for a week or so until I'm ready to go to her and ask her. The mind games before the actual dating thing could be fun or devastating for me. But most of the time, it was great.

He's giving it...the days he's looking at you, he's thinking "I'm just going to walk up to her and ask her out", and the days he's avoiding you are the ones where he's beat himself up because he's not doing anything about this cute girl that he is interested in.
Next time he's looking at you, just playfully go up to him and say something like "whatchya looking at, big boy?" That should break the ice for him. If he still can't get up the nerve to start talking to you after that, he's too shy and will only act creepy if you pursue him.
